Training

The MSCCSP provides training, orientation, and other resources to promote the consistent application of the sentencing guidelines and accurate completion of the sentencing guidelines worksheet. The MSCCSP offers periodic webinars to cover topics including the calculation of the sentencing guidelines, Maryland Automated Guidelines System (MAGS) and Guidelines Calculator Tool (GLCT) orientation, and a focus on recent and upcoming guidelines related updates. Criminal justice practitioners may view recordings of past webinars and/or register for upcoming webinars. In-person training may also be available upon request.
