Sentencing Guidelines Worksheet Changes, 2009

Below are the changes to the worksheet made in 2009:

• In September 2009, the MSCCSP began distribution of version 1.5 of the Maryland Sentencing Guidelines Worksheet.
• The MSCCSP determined that a Maryland Sentencing Guidelines Worksheet no longer needs to be completed for probation revocations. 
• Accordingly, Probation Revocation was removed as an option under the Disposition Typefield.
